The Ghana Export Promotion Authority (GEPA), in partnership with Ghana Import-Export Export-Import Bank Ghana - EXIMBank Ghanak (GEXIM) and the Ghana Free Zones Authority (GFZA), successfully hosted the Special Exporters Forum under the theme "Sustaining Export Growth for a Resilient Economy" at the Africa Trade House.

Osafohene Dr. Afua Asabea Asare I, CEO of GEPA, in her welcome address, emphasized the government's recognition of the export sector, stating: “Government truly recognizes the importance of the export sector in driving economic growth, creating jobs, and elevating Ghana’s profile globally.”

Intercity STC Coaches 总经理 Nana Akmea 阁下分享了此次会议的目的，他认识到出口商对国家经济的重要性。

Hon. Nana Akomea, Managing Director at Intercity STC Coaches, who shared the purpose of gathering, recognized the importance of exporters to the nation’s economy.

He commended all participating companies for their dedication to promoting Ghana’s exports and expressed GEPA’s commitment to creating an enabling environment for the sector’s growth.

GFZA 首席执行官 Michael Ocquaye Jnr. 大使讲述了碳信用额在国际贸易中的潜力：“利用碳信用额度可以增加额外的收入来源，同时可以支持可持续增长。

Amb. Michael Ocquaye Jnr., CEO of GFZA, discussed the potential of carbon credits in international trade: "Leveraging carbon credits can provide additional revenue streams while supporting sustainable growth."

GEXIM 副首席执行官 Rosemary Beryl Archer 女士分享了该银行对当地行业的支持：“我们很自豪能够推广像 Ekumfi Drinks 这样的品牌，并支持 200 多个温室以促进当地园艺。”她还介绍了 GEXIM 的 Tuesday Market 计划，以改善当地生产商的市场准入。

Mrs. Rosemary Beryl Archer, Deputy CEO of GEXIM, shared the bank's support for local industries: "We’re proud to promote brands like Ekumfi Drinks and support over 200 greenhouses to boost local horticulture." She also introduced GEXIM’s Tuesday Market initiative to improve market access for local producers.

工程和住房部长 Kojo Oppong Nkrumah 阁下强调了创造就业机会对出口增长的重要性：“强劲的出口部门可以帮助加纳应对货币挑战并创造就业机会，从而推动经济增长。”他还讨论了支持出口商所需的政策改革，例如改善电力供应和建设专门的中小企业银行。

Hon. Kojo Oppong Nkrumah, Minister for Works and Housing, stressed the importance of job creation in export growth: “A robust export sector can help Ghana tackle currency challenges and create jobs, driving economic growth.” He also discussed policy reforms needed to support exporters, such as improved electricity access and specialized SME banks.

Carlos Ahenkorah 阁下谈到加纳的经济发展时说：“我们看到国际收支盈余，但许多出口收入没有汇回国内，这限制了它们对当地经济的影响。”他呼吁制定更好的政策来支持非传统出口商并鼓励将出口收益汇回国内。

Hon. Carlos Ahenkorah,  addressed Ghana's economic progress, saying: "We’ve seen balance of payment surpluses, but many export earnings aren’t being repatriated, which limits their impact on the local economy.” He called for better policies to support non-traditional exporters and encourage the repatriation of export proceeds.
