赤道几内亚总统奥比昂——
“中国是我们最好的朋友。”
“China is our best friend.”
科摩罗总统阿扎里利——
“中国和非洲有着兄弟般的情谊”。
“China and Africa enjoy a brotherly friendship.”
布隆迪总统恩达伊施米耶——
“如果说我们有一个患难与共的全天候朋友，那就是中国。”
“If we have an all-weather friend who will stand by us through thick and thin, it is China.”
中非共和国总统图瓦德拉——

塞拉利昂总统比奥——
